Maxalli does NOT have its own physical store; instead, it operates as a "dark kitchen." We only sell online (maxalli.com.mx, amazon prime, mercadolibre) and in select health food stores. You can also place your order through our website and pick it up on Vasconcelos Avenue in San Pedro Garza García.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS
We ship nationwide within Mexico. Shipping costs depend on the number of products. The more you buy, the less you pay for shipping.
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns. If there was a problem with your order, please write to us and we will resolve it with you.
We process your order within 2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive your tracking number by email. If you live in an extended area, your order may take a little longer to arrive.
Of course, you can request your invoice within the same month of purchase, just send an email requesting an invoice and your tax information.
We use cardboard boxes and tape, and as much recycled material as possible inside (plastic bubble wrap, dry ice, newspaper, etc.). Our packaging is not branded to deter theft during transit.
