Return Policy

At Maxalli, all our products are carefully made and packaged to ensure their quality. However, if the product arrives physically damaged, we offer the following return policy:

• Returns are only accepted within 30 days from the date the order was delivered.
• To initiate a return, you must send an email to [maxalli.mx@gmail.com] including:

  • Order number.

  • Clear, unedited photo(s) showing the damage to the product and/or its packaging.

• If the claim is approved, we will offer:

  • Product replacement (subject to availability).

  • Or, a credit coupon equivalent to the value paid (no cash refunds are issued).

Returns are not accepted for changes of mind, misuse, or partial use of the product.

We reserve the right to reject requests that do not meet these criteria.
